Every child deserves to have the proper equipment while participating in the sport they love. We understand that something as simple as the proper footwear can make a huge difference in performance, ability, and confidence.

About the Program
MDF Nation Foundation provides new or gently used football cleats to youth and high school students athletes throughout the Birmingham, AL area. Student athletes from low and moderate income families requests will be considered.
To request cleats, please complete the form below and the signed Release & Indemnity agreement. A Release & Indemnity agreement must be completed by a parent or guardian for each student requesting cleats. If you have any further questions, please call Nadia @251-209-3563
